multi-functional, greatly flexible, fitting kinds of seed
processing according to different needs.
2. The line has a compact construction, performing safely, and with
high stability, having wide applicability, being easy to operate,
having succinct and good-looking appearance, with low construction
costs and high automaticity.
3. The whole conveying system of the line is completely enclosed,
fitted with transparent observing windows. Conveying line is
connected flexibly, without mutual interference and keeping
flowing. And the breakage ratio of processed seeds is very low.
4. Especially, we employed horizontal vibratory feeder in the
conveying line, 15 meters in length, self balancing. The vibratory
feeder has little vibration when working, and seeds can be
consecutively and steadily conveyed.
5. Air pipes and seed pipes were all spray-painted externally, and
internally fixed with plastic planking pipes, 3mm in thickness. The
aspirator system has good airproof performance and great
durability.
6.Aspirator system in this line was three-dimensionally configured,
with small dimension occupation , short air pipeline, little
pipeline loss, low energy consumption, succinct and good-looking
appearance.
7.Control system of the line employed centralized control ways,
providing manual mode and automatic mode for choice. The control
system can automatically identify and carry out different
processing technology flows, automatically alarming when
malfunction occurs. In this line, the automation control for the
equipments' turn-on or turn-off and seed conveying behaves a
